On the basis of enterprise self-inspection, the local ecological and environmental department organized a round of inspection and sampling, and formed the enterprise inspection list and governance account within the administrative area.
The Notice requires that central enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, National Energy Group and Sinochem should play a leading role, organize professional teams, carry out systematic troubleshooting on subordinate enterprises, and complete various governance tasks with high standards.
